New Zealand has a diversity of landscapes to explore, from huge mountains, great lakes, large forests, beautiful beaches, and stunning fjords. This was the first country I lived in outside the UK, and although it is similar in size, it has around a tenth of the population. This makes it easy to navigate, and just as well, as there is so much to see across the North and South Islands.
